This month's Secret Base Build Challenge is dedicated to AMOM -- a Nonprofit Autism Support Group & Resource Portal.
No matter your walk of life, we all need a safe space to call home or in this case, a "secret base"! For our community members with Autism, a place to rest and feel safe goes a long way in supporting emotional health and overcoming everyday challenges. This place could be a bedroom or a sensory room, for others it could be a place to meditate or a special hideout in nature -- we all enjoy some time in our "secret bases" when we need! For this challenge, Players will create their version of a secret base and get a chance to learn a little bit more about each other. Will you include a hidden entrance? Basketball hoop? Color-coordinated décor? Swimming pool? There's no limit to the imagination! Special thanks to our friends and families of the AMOM community for inspiring us all to support and learn from one another! Challenge Details Players join our private Minecraft server to create the secret base of their dreams! At the end of the challenge, players will present their secret bases to their teammates and get a chance to share a bit about themselves. The challenge begins on Monday, March 13th and ends on Sunday, April 2nd.
Prize Players that participate in the challenge will have their names entered into a prize giveaway on April 2nd, 2023 for their choice of a $10 Gift Card to Amazon, Playstation, Nintendo, Roblox, or Xbox -- and as a special bonus we'll be selecting THREE (x3) PRIZE WINNERS!
